Covers the knowledge and skills to perform the Controller of Site Safety- Overhead line Permit duties, including how to correctly interpret relevant parts of the Rule Book and Handbooks, how to set up a Safe System of Work planning for AC electriied system and overhead line permits, prior to individuals going on or near the line and how to deliver a safety briefing.
